What is Comply & Go?
Comply & Go helps Australian businesses build practical compliance systems tailored to how they actually operate. Through a guided online process, we turn compliance requirements into working documents built around your business, not generic templates. Comply & Go is operated by Be Aspect Pty Ltd (ABN 22 628 096 140).
Which compliance areas do you support?
We build compliance systems across a growing range of areas, including AML/CTF, Privacy, Marine and Heavy Vehicle compliance. The Solutions section of our website shows which areas are open for purchase today and which are on the way.
How does the guided process work?
You answer a structured set of online questions about your business: what you do, how you operate and who your customers are. The questions adapt to your answers, so you're only asked what's relevant. You don't need any compliance expertise. You answer based on how your business actually works, and we use those answers to prepare your documents.
Are the documents tailored to my business?
Yes. Your documents are prepared for your business based on the information you provide about how you operate. They are not generic, off-the-shelf templates.
What happens after I purchase?
After you purchase, you complete the guided questionnaire about your business. We then prepare your compliance documents and deliver them to your secure online portal. From there, optional ongoing Care is available to help keep your system current over time.
How is payment handled?
Payments are securely processed by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details. Your Implementation is a one-off payment. If you choose ongoing Care, that is a separate monthly subscription.
Can I update my documents if my business changes?
Yes, this is what Comply & Go Care is for. Care includes structured business-change check-ins and change-impact assessment, and ordinary-course maintenance of the affected documents when a change impacts your compliance system.
What is Care?
Comply & Go Care is an optional ongoing maintenance subscription that begins once your documents are delivered. It helps keep your compliance system current as your business and the relevant requirements change, through business-change check-ins and ordinary-course document maintenance. Care is billed monthly, you can cancel anytime, and the monthly price depends on the product. Cancelling Care does not affect the documents already delivered to you. They remain yours.
Is Comply & Go a law firm or regulator?
No. Comply & Go is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are not a regulator or government agency, our services are not an accreditation or endorsement, and we do not guarantee any particular regulatory outcome. We provide compliance documentation and implementation support; meeting your ongoing obligations remains your responsibility.
How do refunds work?
If you cancel before submitting your completed questionnaire (that is, before we start preparing your documents), we refund your Implementation fee in full. Once you have submitted and we have begun preparing your tailored documents, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, though your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected. Care can be cancelled anytime and takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Full details are on our Refunds page.
