1. What we do
Comply & Go provides practical compliance implementation services and customer-specific compliance documents to help Australian businesses build and maintain compliance frameworks. We prepare your Documents from the information you provide, and every Implementation package undergoes specialist review, quality assurance and release approval before delivery.
2. We are not your lawyer, accountant or adviser
Comply & Go is not a law firm, accounting firm or financial services provider. We do not provide legal advice, taxation advice or financial advice, and using our services does not create a lawyer-client or adviser-client relationship. Where your circumstances call for professional advice, you should obtain it from an appropriately qualified adviser.
3. Our services depend on your information
Our Documents and recommendations are based on the information you give us. If that information is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, the output may not suit your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing your Documents and making sure they reflect your business.
4. No guarantee of compliance or regulatory outcomes
We do not guarantee that you will be compliant, that you will remain compliant, that any regulator (including AUSTRAC or any other regulator relevant to your Implementation product) will approve or register you, or that you will avoid regulatory action or penalties. Compliance depends on your accurate information, your implementation, and your ongoing operation of the framework. We are not responsible for decisions made by any regulator.
5. Laws change
Laws and regulatory guidance change over time. Your Documents reflect our understanding of the relevant requirements at the time they are delivered. The Comply & Go Care subscription provides ongoing maintenance and support, with monitoring services rolled out to active subscribers as they become available, as described in the What’s Included document, but it is not a substitute for specialist advice where your situation requires it.
6. You remain responsible
You remain responsible for meeting your own obligations under the laws that apply to your business, including any AML/CTF or other regulatory obligations that apply to you. Our role is to support you, not to assume your obligations.
7. Consumer law
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
