Yes. Under Australia's expanded Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) regime, which commenced on 1 July 2026, real estate businesses providing designated services are regulated entities with obligations to AUSTRAC.
What does the $995 Implementation include?+
A customer-specific AML/CTF compliance system: your Risk Assessment, AML/CTF Program, applicable policies and procedures, an Implementation Action Plan and a Customer Compliance Summary.
What is Comply & Go Care?+
Care is a separate $149/month service that starts when your Implementation documents are delivered. It includes business-change check-ins, change-impact assessment and ordinary-course maintenance of affected documents, with regulatory monitoring and action notifications rolling out to Care members. Cancel anytime.
How long does it take?+
The Implementation is usually delivered within 2 business days once we have your completed information. This is a typical timeframe, not a guarantee.
